Submiting multiple documents and problems

“Optional” means “not required”.

Am not familiar with super visa applications so I do not know.

A missing required document is the only reason I can think of, unless someone else can figure it out.

thanks for your response. Maybe i will be just getting an agency to do it on my behalf although i already completed all the docs because i don't lnow where to go after uploading all the documents. Don't even see the link where to pay it. But thanks..
