Submit two application Study permit in both GCKEY and NEW IRCC PORTAL

Hello everyone,
I already applied through SDS on GCkey in August 22nd for Jan 2024 intake. Already done medical and biometric. However, I have not submit LOE yet cuz I do not know where to upload. My medical is starting reviewing in 7 Sept, background check still in progress. Do you guys think I should submit another application or it is just waste of money? So frustruated to wait in limbo like that

I'm waiting since July 30th. Also contemplating on whether to submit another application and withdraw the first one. But I don't think its worthwhile considering the second application might get stuck too. I might be wrong so don't take my word for it. I've heard RCC does not process two applications at once. So you might have to withdraw the first one before reapplying. You'd have to wait to get a withdrawal confirmation. Now whether the former or the latter is processed, incase you wish to not withdraw your original application, all depends on IRCC. Some experienced members might be able to help better.
