The PPR mail I received asked me to submit passport , 2 photos , copy of passport request letter & signed Appendix B form only. No mention of imm008. If nothing has change then I don`t think we need to fill the form. Hopefully they will contact back if needed.

If they wanted any updated forms they would have asked before PPR. Congratulations, since you got PPR you are pretty much done, submit it and wait for it to come back with your COPR then pack your bags!!
