Hi,
I sponsor my wife, CIC already have our application for a few months. My question is: can we do medical tests now without email from CIC and submit them? The reason is we plan to have a baby and then if I understand correctly, my wife won't get x-rays if she's pregnant, she has to wait till the baby is born to get x-rays and the whole process is delayed. DO I understand the process correctly? What is the procedure to submit medicals without request and what do I need do to so?
We're in Canada and applied inland

You have to wait until they request it.

Get your exam before you submit your application
Are you applying to sponsor your spouse, partner or child?
A new application process for the spousal sponsorship program came into effect on December 15, 2016. Spouses, partners or dependent children can no longer do an upfront medical exam. Wait for our instructions before going for your medical exam.

But if my wife will be pregnant and won't undergo x-rays. the whole process will stop till she delivers a baby? Am I right?

Yes, it will delay that portion. If you don't want it to delay, wait until the medical is done before trying to conceive.
