Submit Application in 2 days *URGENT* doubts. Please HELP!

Guys, I have ONLY 2 days to submit application. (My 90 day period after ITA is about to expire)

Please help me in advising on below queries urgently:

1. Should the Gift deed Affidavit be attached in the Proof of Financial Means Section OR Letter of Explanation section ?

2. Is it OK if the photos are not as per specified dimensions as per the CIC while submitting application? (If no, can CIC reject my application because of incorrect photo dimensions OR will it ask me for photos again at a later date?)

3. Is it required to show proof of funds for parents and siblings? (I am applying alone. I only have 12,000 CAD)

4. I am going to show gift deed as proof of funds. I have bank statements for last 6 months (generated through online banking) which includes the transaction of gift deed. Can CIC reject my application if I submit only bank statements but not the bank letter ? (since it may take some time for the bank to issue me the letter)

5. Is it possible to submit application now with bank statements and provide the bank letter to CIC after 1 week of submitting application via email or other means?

6. I have a 4 years bachelors degree. In the education section, should I attach ONLY the WES degree Equivalency Report OR my mark-sheets of 4 years + degree certificate as well?

2 - They do not reject applications for digital photos, they will ask for new ones.
3 - No but you need at least $12,300.
4 - Get the statements stamped and you'll be fine.
5 - Yes, you can raise a CSE.
6 - You must upload your certificate.

7 - Yes.
8 - I don't know if it would have much value (if any) to do so.
9 - Someone was indeed rejected for providing only electronic bank statements without stamps but that's the only case I've seen.

8. NO notary stamps on statements, bank stamps should be fine.
9. Do not upload unstamped statements, better get bank letter also but if you are unable to get it then upload only 6 months bank statements (stamped by bank) and original notarized gift deed.

6 months stamped bank statements should be fine but I don't understand why they just can't stamp their own letter head. It unbelievable.

I don't get it. I know some banks do not stamp on the other pages. But they do stamp it on the cover page with the bank letterhead, the very first page.

Just wanted to know since my query is pertaining to a similar matter. I have 2 bank accounts. One in US one in Pak. I got a gift deed made for amount transferred to my Pakistani account.

My US bank is giving me a bank letter with all required details on their letter head signed by their official. Its not stamped but I can have that done too. Wanted to know if I require my bank statements for the same?

Second question, the Pakistan bank account statements are required only from the date the gift amount was transferred or for whole 6 months? I dont have any substantial amount before the gift was made.

amount doesnt matter .bank certificate is a very important doc better not to miss it .They want to know whether that amount can be fully available to you for your use in canada

yes better get one even if it doesnt have full info just that there remains these amounts in your account and you can fully use it yes better keep bank statments in addition with bank seal if not signature

If you have a bank letter that follows IRCC's requirements then that's sufficient.

Thank you for your help. And for the other account in which I had the money recently transferred in April (same for which I had a gift deed made) does that require 6 month bank statements or only from April onwards?
