Submit additional documents for request letter

I received a request letter for more documents on Nov. 3. I upload everything on Nov. 4.

Should I receive a confirmation for this submission? I'm asking because I emailed the Los Angeles Office and the reply is "please check the request letter sent to you on Nov. 3 and comply as soon as possible"

Hi! have you got your visa/permit yet? I applied at Los angeles last nov. 6 thru paper application, 3 days later, they emailed me that my application is incomplete coz I for got to include an airway bill. After I settle my missing requirement, they emailed me that my application will now be process. May I ask what kind of additional document they were asking?
