Submit additional Document after submitting application for TRV.

Is there any way we can upload or send an additional supporting document after 15 days of online application submission for TRV.
My wife has applied to attend a conference.
Now she has got Grant from Indian Govt. to cover her travel and Conference expenses.
So was thinking to share that as well with CIC.

On the cic page. Click on the IRC web form and upload your documents. I called them and they told me what to do.Exactly what I did and it was acknowledged.

Thanks for Prompt response. I am unable to find IRC form. Is it after I login to my CIC account or a general independent form.

• Choose the applicable option located in the drop down menu under the heading Enquiry, and

• Include
  • the document(s) in question, and
  • a brief description of the situation in the free-text box located at the bottom of the page,
  This was the message I received from them. I just clicked on the form. You can also find it in your account I think

Did you do online or paper application? If it’s an online application, you won’t see which visa office your has your file.

It is online , I was asking because for IRC webform we have to choose the Visa Office.

Oh I see. My application is within Canada so I didn’t have to fill out visa office. I think it will be a visa office in India. You should only have one Canada visa office in India right
