Hi Guys,

I need some help.

I applied online and got an original passport request letter. I need to send my passport to the High Commission in Jamaica.

Can someone please guide me on how to do this e.g. do i need to include a return envelope, do i quote my application number of the package for easy reference etc.

Thanks.

Regards,

Natasha

This comes in the instructions relevant to the visa processing center handling the application. Instructions usually come in the request letter, if not then you should check on their website.

You submit your passport to the VAC. Same place you did the biometrics and take along the letter CIC sent. I took mine to the VAC on Waterloo Road. You do not need to take along any envelope. They will give you a form to fill out and when it is ready you pick it up back there.
