Submission of forms

Hi,

As per my understanding, following forms need to be submitted.

(Principal Applicant)

1.) Application for permanent residence
2.) Schedule 1 - Background/Declaration
3.) Schedule 3 - Economic Classes
4.) Additional Family Information

Spouse ( Additional Applicant)
1.) Schedule 1 - Background declaration
2.) Additional Family information

Use of Representative document is NA in our case as we are not using any.

One more thing i wanted to clarify is that the immigration application form needs to be couriered or in hand can be submitted in the embassy.

I was under the impression that i have to courier these documents to immigration offices in Nova Scotia.

Please correct me if i am wrong somewhere.

Hi,

your understanding is correct in terms of the Forms submission.

Also these forms needs to send by Courier.

if this is intial application under FSW, then send it to CIC, Sydney Nova Scotia. If it is final document pack, thensend it to local CHC

Sumit,

Kindly take out some time and goto CIC website to check the updated details. AS per my information the initial application for FSW has to goto Sydney, Canada for approval. Check the check list, the complete process has changed. Check every detail and then send your file
