Out of 2 photos one photo (back side) should have the date of photo taken, studio name and address ....your name and your date of birth ...

But You need to return old and new work permit to the officer for landing procedure.

Its not compulsory that you have to return it ... in my case they did not ask me to give the WP back and i did not gave them ...however after getting PR those WPs are of no use ....
