Can we submit the Visa application and do the Biometrics on the same day in Lahore, Pakistan? Can we go for the Medical Examination before submitting the Visa application?

Medical examination is not required unless requested. You need to wait if IRCC requests for it.

In my place, Students who intend to study in Canada can do the Medical Examination before requested and then submit it in their application in order to reduce the processing time.
You can ask some IRCC authorized clinics in your country.
