Submission of ALL pages of ALL passports for the last 5 years for PR renewal

HI everbody

A perplexing question: The application guide for PR renewal says that we need to provide photocopies of ALL pages of ALL passports for the last 5 years as proof of residency in Canada. If the stamps are in a different language (apart from English and French) they need to be translated.

I became a landed immigrant in Apr 2011 and moved into the country permanently in Jan 2014. While I met the residency obligations, I have a few questions:

Between 2011 and 2014, I used to work in Qatar and my family was in Bahrain. I used to travel every weekend between the two countries and I have approximately 52*2 = 104 stamps per year. The immigration officer used to stamp the passport in all directions and sometimes in an overlapping manner.

Question: Do I need to get these stamps = 104*4 translated and attached to the my renewal application. (A Huge Task!!) As I said earlier, I have met the residency obligation from Jan 2014 to Jan 2016, but will the renewal attract attention of the weekly trips that I did between 2011 and 2014?

Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

You should follow the CIC rules if you want your application to go through smoothly. If you look in this forum, there is a gentleman @heeradeepak who had a similar case like you, many stamps in Arabic - over 50. He had them all translated as required.
The basic translation of stamps from each country would be the same for the official wording. The changes in wording of each stamp would be the dates, officer number etc.
