Hi mhmlhr!

He is saying because you did not perform the requisite job duties so you are not eligible as you do not fulfil the condition of ministerial instruction that you have one year of continuos work experience in the last 10 years. Therefore any work experience you provided whether it was 4 years full time or 2 years part time will deem not acceptable.

This is answer to your question, you asked you have provided 4 years of experience but he is talking about only one year of experience. Hope you understand now.

Yes you can apply again in the same NOC (if it comes in july 2012) or different NOC in new instructions with only condition you have 1 year continuos work experience in last 10 years

dear qorax. iam 2009 4131.application rejected candidate of CIC,as mentioned in rejection letter that my duties did not matched.one important thing that i would like to ask that i just applied on my college teacher experince.i worked continously in a college as a lecturer fulltime from feb 2005 till mid june 2009.As i applied in oct 2009 so i just attached my parttime 2 years teaching and 4 year fulltime teaching experince letter.
Now issue is that in rejection letter CIC mentioned that i did show my one year full time experince ???I really didnt understand their objection.plz throw some ligth on this issue.
Another thing that can an applicant apply in another NOC,if luckly it will be in next coming list,without showing previous profession which is rejected by CIC,like in my case.
in addition can an applicant again apply as i was college teacher since 2009,but now i am working in a lab,and luckly if i come in 2012 july NOC,then can i apply again under this NOC,along with just new experince.
I know all these in informations are before time,but as many forum members are saying that 4131 cap reached,so CIC are clearing backlogs.
frankly speaking in my case it was my mistake,so i am preparing and praying that my present profession would be in next NOC list

no i send my application to Islamabad embassy.then they shifted our files to london in june 2010.
i received my 2nd AOR in april 2010 from Islamabad.further process from london.

Send them a reconsideration letter clearly mentioning the mistake. Write to program manager. Provide photocopied evidence if you have. Hopefully they will reopen for you.

Because Sydney reviews the application to determine if it is complete and the NOC is on the list of 29. It is the overseas office that determines if the applicant's job meets the requirement of the NOC.

for the post june applicants, they r reviewing but not verifying ur duties

I think at Sydeny when they review the file they also check the duties mentioned are according to the NOC. I saw many rejection at the Sydney office based on the same issure- duties mentioned the application do not meet the requirement of the NOC.

But because this is the 2009 application so the reviews were done by the local CHC.
