Hi,im from Poland and i wanted to go to high school for one year.I have a friend (not a family member)Which has Canadian Citizenship and he is working there. My questions are:
Does that i have that friend affects my schoolaship anyway?
What do i need to study just for one year

First you need to find a school that will accept you as a student. Note that you will have to pay approximately $14K in tuition to attend high school for one year since you are a foreign student. Once you have found a school that will accept you, you'll need to apply for a study permit. For the study permit to be approved, you'll need to show a bank balance of around $25K to prove that you can pay for your studies and living expenses while in Canada.

Scylla, The $25K is the Tuition + 1 year living costs. Ok. But if someone is studying for 2 years, do they still only need to show 1 year of funding? Or they need double the amount then??

Sorry Roobyt for asking this in your post.

This doesn't change anything about my answer. My original answer remains the same.

If you have found a school willing to accept you and can demonstrate that you ahve $25K in funds available to fund your studies, then you can apply for a study permit.
