I am looking to get some answers to my very complicated scenario.
I applied for a CAQ to study at LaSalle College Montreal (winter 2020), which got accepted. However, my study permit has been rejected and my semester has been deferred to Fall 2020.
Since I will need a new CAQ in the case of Winter to Fall deferral, will I have to wait for the new CAQ to arrive in order to re-apply for my study permit or could I apply for the study permit right away and can get the new CAQ later?
