No - there aren't.

Most scholarships are reserved for Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

There are some scholarships available for foreign students - however you would have to be taking a full time degree which you can't do on a temporary workers permit. Scholardships for foreign students are typically available at the PhD level - sometimes at the Master's level.

Canada does not offer scholarship with work permit, but you can consider USA where provides a number of scholarship for international students. USA is better for studying.

Hello:

I have a concern and need some assistance. My daughter overstayed in the US for 6 months and came back home. I am in Canada studying but prior to coming I had applied for a visitor's visa for her and it was refused. Her US visa has also expired. I wanted to reapply for the visitor's visa, do you think that she would be refused again?
