Hi guys after done with my biometric I got a mail saying my application file as been transferred to Ottawa does anybody have any reason why this was transferred from Toronto Canada to Ottawa please share

Backlog/staffing. IRCC strike just finished so maybe moving files around so they are reviewed quicker.

i applied for extension study permit and after two months they requested attendance and transcripts then after two weeks file transferred to frederiction my home city
