Hello, my name is jaspreet Singh and I am from india . I applied 3 times for Canadian study permit but got refused . I have done my high school in 2012 after that I joined college in india in 2013 but in 2014 I had to dropped out . I had a surgical treatment and my oral.medicine treatment was about 4 years . There was a medicine in my treatment I was a patient of tb , there was an antibiotic and due to side effect of that medicine I had seizure. So I had a treatment for seizure my all treatment finished in 2018 . So in that time period I was suggested to take a rest . In 2018 I applied for study permit but my agent hadnt showed any reason for my gap I asked him to showed my medical documents but he said Canadian immigration accept 5 years gap . But I got refusal and reason was no GIC submitted. After that i applied for Quebec and through different agent and he didnt applied for caq and I hadn't anykind of information about that . Third time applied again with all medical document so full fill my gap information and gic but still got refused in 2019 . Now I have done ielts again and got 7.5 bands in listening, 6.5 in speaking, 6.5 writing , 6.0 in reading . I applied for gcms notes and for it mentioned the reason of refusal that I havent showed any activity within the time span of 2012 to 2018 . After that covid came so I couldn't get a job and study here in india . This is my profile please guide me how can I get study visa to Canada. I have required bands 6.5 and financial status is good as well. I really need a good guidance .

Sorry to hear your past medical situation. It is tough especially where there's a gap with no employment history. officer will doubt motivation and you need convincing sop as why you are choosing Canada and not other country including India, addressing gap issues and career progression. With three refusal, there's hill to climb
