I have 2 year canada study visa(jan2020 intake ). I changed 2yearGBM pg diploma to 1year project management .(sault college )

Now i want to do my next 1 year pg course for sep.2020 in other college. Is this possible nd is i should inform to immigration when i will get addmisson in other college?
It will effect my pgwp?
