Just need some free advise

I've a 6yr gap in studies. I'm 43. My last course was done thru distance education. Am not in any regular job/business since 1yr +. Have done a 1yr diploma from Canada long back. What r my chances for the new visa?

I got mine a week after I submitted all requested docs.. Try following up.
