hi. i am going to apply for study permit in montreal.i have been refused once. that refusal was in may. i applied in british colombia at that time. now i am again going to apply for study permit.this time i am going to quebec. my question is , will it make any negative impact on my file. as per my recent activity i chose a university in british colombia and this time i have choosen a university in montreal. is it the right option.

no, it does not matter. Yiu just haveto justify why you are changing. what is in your caips?

You need to order gcms notes to see why you were rejected on the first place. Changing university wouldnot change your condition.
