Study visa (TRV) is issued at CPC-Ottawa, why so?

I collected my passport today with TRV counterfoil on it and to my surprise it says that place of issue is CPC-Ottawa. Do you guys have any clue into why this might have been the case? My country of origin is India and I had applied online.

Not a problem at all. But all the visas I have seen from my region were either issued at Chandigarh or New Delhi. I am unsure why I was an exception.

Worried because it's approved or the place of issue. If latter see a psychiatrist as no one can help you here with these sort of worries

Online applications are processed in Ottawa, mine was same as your's. There's nothing to worry about.
