Friends please suggest;Reddy321 said:Hi Everyone,
I am from INDIA, I dropped my application(General category) on March 14th,2013 and received my refusal on March 27,2013 :'(.
Reasons for Refusal:
1.Financial grounds
2.Your Proposed studies are not reasonable inlight of one or more : Your Qualif, Previous Studies, Employment, Level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.
Profile :
10th - 82%
12th 63%
BE-2010(Electronics &Communication Engg)- 70% (no backlogs)
IELTS- 6.0( no less than 5.5)
Got offer from FDU-Vancouver in Master of Administrative Science ( Computers an Forensic Administration )
Work experience 2.5 yrs as HR and Financial analyst for a software company
Documents Submitted along with the application Docs:
1. Education docs from 10th-B.E(ECE)

I don't understand the reason for rejection as i have enough money in hand for full tution and living for 1yr and i guess Working in Administrative side of a software company give me eligibility to pursue Masters in Administrative Science.
I am very frustrated by this refusal even after reaching all the requirements to study in Canada
i am thinking of applying again by April 1st. will that be a good idea?
Seniors, Please help me how can i convince VO in this aspect.
Any type of help is appreciated... Thanks in advance.
Yeah thanks bro...what about financial grounds? Already shown 2nd yr fee + 2 yr living through loan and savings account in advance ( 1st yr fee paid).nvidia14 said:Brav you are in a ziffy !!!!!!!!!! listen try to connect your course choice with your work in a way that it matches perfectly ..........and write a very soft SOP dont put VO in a spot ...........and get the message across gently !!!!!!!!!! you dont wanna upset Vo by contradicting some other Vo ..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!rest leave it to god their is always Sept 2013 !!!!!!!!!!!!! have a nice cold drink and relax !!!!!!!
Thanks for the reply sabby. No, tution fee paid is not from loan.that is totally different amount. CAIPS : this wud take a month again.. I made a comitment with my employer to resume my work following masters, they promised to offer better position n my arrival..I requested a letter stating the same ...they accepted to issue it..will this work out to convince VO.?sabby2612 said:Mr. Reddy, sorry to hear about your rejection. But you must not loose hope. Now about your case, indeed your last qualification and current job role doesn't match which creates an issue. Only tool you can use to convince VO is via SOP mentioning why you opted for a job not matching with your qualification?
Secondly, in your rejection letter, it was a general piece of paper with no particular issue being specified. Hence, you need to apply for CAIPS first with CHC and they will let you know the exact reason if it was your qualification or something else?
Thirdly, did you pay college fee out of your loan? did you get your loan disbursed? please share the status.
Though you are right loan is an alternate to GIC, but GIC is preferred option and has higher success rate too! GIC was introduced with purpose to speed up the process and to eliminate fake loan cases as if you are eligible under SPP, you need not show any other documents such as ITRs bank statements or anything else, simply pay tuition fee and purchase GIC. and for now, as you have already applied once and rejected, you can't apply under SPP (GIC) now. You can apply under general category only.
Share your SOP as well if you can.
This is education loan based on parental property..loan will be released once the visa is approved. I don't see any bank release loan amount before visa aproval...am I right?sabby2612 said:Well my question is still unanswered. Did you get your loan disbursed? what was the basis of loan being approved? your employed supposed you or did you show your parent's income to support you for this education loan?
Now the reason I am asking you all these questions is, first your case seems perfect except two things. first being your last qualification and your recent job which is a complete mismatch. then the course you opted is again on a different track from where you are right now.
Loan, well that's important to know and to pay tuition fee out of loan amount as it authenticates your loan is genuine. As mentioned earlier, GIC is introduced to eliminate the fake loan cases. with saying this, not doubting your loan credibility, but suggesting you what VO looks at.
I understand ur criteria...but bank doesnt release loan amount before..they need copy of visa...sabby2612 said:Well my question is still unanswered.
