Study visa rejected after 38 days at Chandigarh visa office

Hi in the morning I got the mail in mycic account that my application is refused but till now they have not given me any reason for refusal
10th = 58%
12th= 73%
BDS = 59%
Ielts =6.5 overall
Listening - 8
Reading - 6.5
Speaking - 6.5
Writing - 5.5
Applied in dental care and administration got refusal today
I applied on 8th June

And my friend with same qualifications same marks less ielts bands in same college same course got visa approved

Now should I reapply again for September

I sent an email to consulate general of Canada also regarding visa

Sorry to hear that. Was there any gap after BDS? Any backlogs? previous attempt to any
other country?

No gap I passed in 2016 only and yes I was refused Canada visa in may session
that course mismatch was reason ..
Proposed study not relevant with past studies that time I applied for health care management
I am broken now
This time my course was also relevant with past studies..

All I can say is your friend had a better luck. Don't get disheartened.

Try again with a Solid SOP and why Canada; why not other countries? Address it.
Also how the course will help you in India by opening your own practice or with a better
job.

It is quite easy for me to give advice here. Don't give up.

Good Luck. You never know you might get lucky third time. Ask for CAIPS notes,
they might help you for next time.

sorry to hear that, I want to suggest something now don't apply in hurry ask for CAIPS notes first and then u can make ur case strong.

and did you apply under spp ? because if u are rejected student visa once.. you cannot apply under spp !

hey ..did u apply for spp? and what is the level of ur program ? is it PG?
