So I am a Civil Engineer I have applied to Study Visa in Canada before the Quarantine and I got refused for the following reasons :

I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay
as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay
as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment
prospects in your country of residence

So I have provided all needed documents and a letter of explanation about everything.
- My sponsor is my father and I had a written and signed commitment from him that he will support me through my entire studying. I have provided like 70 000 $ Canadian
- I have registered and accepted in one of known institutions in Canada according to the CIC site and payed the minimum limit to be accepted as an international student. ( A Civil Engineering Course )
- I have provided all family info

I did not provide the following :
- I have a lot of brothers and sisters to take care of including that I have an old father.
- My mom has assets with her name.
- I have a conditional working offer including that I need to finish a certain course ( That I registered at the Known institute ) to have this position

Keeping in mind I am applying to study in campus, not online and I can ask for a delay of my course.

So is there any kind of advises or help to provide, I am more than happy to answer any question from you guys.

Thank you

Sorry for my late response. So I have applied online in Feb 23, I have made a scan to all of my documents and made the bio metrics as well.
After that by approximately 5 days I got the message that shows reasons of being rejected . And I have applied from the country of my residence, Jordan and I am Jordanian (JO).

SDS stands for Student Direct Stream. It does not apply to you since Jordan does not fall into the list of SDS countries.
Hi Forever2008,
I suggest you apply for GCMS note and then based on the notes find out the actual reason for rejection and try to address it carefully as sept is still having much time it will be good advice to look properly before applying again meanwhile I doubt 70,000 CAD(Liquid amount) is quite enough to suspect if that is genuine or not plus share your academic profile as well so people can guide you better here.

I don't have any financial issues, and 70000 is the amount of money I will have to cover my expenses for a year and as indicated my father will cover all my expenses and I have looked up on such cases that If I have any financial issue they would provide it as a reason of rejection as they did to a lot of applications .

So the thing I am trying to figure is how to prove to them that we do have job opportunities here in Jordan and I have ties to my family since I need to come back and take care of them.
So should I provide my ties to my family and that my mom has assets including that I have a conditional offer or what should I do ?

This sounds good, for next when you re-apply take care of this parts:
1. Purpose of your visit: Here you just need to demonstrate your sole purpose of travel is the study and how this study is going to be helpful in your future career growth.
2. Family ties: Job prospects in your country and how important this degree once you return back to your country, family assets and relations will be very helpful to illustrate this especially in the SOP.

Best Regards,
Abhishek

Thank you for your instant reply, So would it be helpful as well to provide a Conditional Job Offer that has couple of lines like :

This letter shall confirm our conditional offer of employment to you as a full-time Project Coordinator at our engineering office, Amman – Jordan, with a gross monthly salary of JOD 800 ( Eight Hundred Jordanian Dinar), subject to the deduction of applicable taxes and social security subscription, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Evidence and confirmation of one of the following higher educational credentials:
- Project Management
- Construction project Management ( the one I am going to study )
2. Pre-employment drug testing.
3. A Lawful resident in Jordan.

Assuming favorable results are received, and you choose to accept our offer, we will extend a final offer of employment to you in writing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

This conditional offer shall remain valid until conditions are met.

Or I am supposed to ask the Engineering Office to make another form ?
