Study Visa Refused

Hello everyone , please helo! My study Visa was refused and I'm thinking of reapplying. My reasons where;
1. I am not sure you'll leave canadC at the end if your stay due to your Purpose of Visit
2 . I am not suren you'll leave Canada at the end of your stay due to Family ties in Canada/Country if residence
3. I am not sure you'll leave Canada at the end of your stay due to your financial status and assets .
Feel free to reapply if you can ............

Please what documents do I need to submit for a successful Visa Application . Thanks

My mother's relative (but not the same Surname)
No I did not show any relative in Canada, I have none.

3rd point could be due to the fact that your sponsor is other than your parents or siblings. What property docs did you show?

Okay can I have a Co sponsor. Like, my mum and the other person (I'll state in the latter of Explanation, how he's related to my mum and he will also state relationship in his affidavit of support ) will that be enough?

Two undeveloped landed properties (with rent pay ) and one developed property

You can give it a try but we still cannot be too sure about how VO would view this situation as. Did you also submit property evaluation certificate? You would also need to work on your SOP to explain the reasons of your returning back after you finish your edu from here.
