FIRST
1. I applied for study visa on July ending 2017.
2. I did my bio-metrics and upfront medical and attached all supporting document.
3. Sometime this month, I got a message that I passed the medical.
4. Then, on the 19th Oct. 2017 I got a message/ LETTER that I have been refused and the reasons are as follows:
a. have sufficient financial resources, without working to pay the tuition fees
b. have sufficient financial resources, without working, to maintain yourself
c. have sufficient financial resources, without working to pay the costs of transporting yourself
d. travel history (I DON'T HAVE)
e. purpose of visit (??? STUDY)
f. personal assets and financial status (INCLUDED)
SECONDLY
Then I got an update on my account which erased the content of FINAL DECISION to "nothing" . This is how my account looks like now:
a. Application status = A final decision has been made. Please see the final decision below.
b. Review of eligibility = We regret to inform you that you do not meet the eligibility requirements. Please see the final decision below.
c. Review of medical results = You passed the medical exam.
d. Review of additional documents = The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
e. Interview You do not need an interview = We will send you a message if this changes.
f. Bio-metrics = Completed.
g. Background check = Your background check was completed.
h. Final decision (......CHANGED FROM REFUSAL TO "NOTHING"...just blank)
CAN ANYONE TELL ME, 'd' above says its been reviewed? and why the final decision has changed to nothing? Is this a rejection or there is still hope? If I need to reapply as the letter says I can, which platform can I apply? (I did online application).
