Study Visa Refused

Hello Guys i have applied for visa at 12-05-2015 from kuwait and i recived refusal today , the reasons are all about money matters (not enough financial resources ) is there any chances if i re-apply again , my dad is planing to sell a piece of land and add the money to the bank to re-apply is this acceptable proof ?

What is your study fees? And how much was in your bank account before refusal ?

I have free accommodation with my cousin but i havnt mentioned that and i had 2 sponsors before refusal my dad and uncle my uncle bank statment shows over 45000 cad in bank statement , i am thinking to re-apply with my dad being the only sponsor when he sell the piece of land it worth about 100000-150000 cad

the whole year study fee is 13300 cad

With 100000-150000 cad I don't think they will refuse again because of money , but Its only my opinion .....

Did u attach sponsorship letters to ur bank statements?

remember you need to show enough money for at least full year tuition fees + 10000 CAD for 1 year living expenses.(is you were previously refused upon that basis you should consider prepaying your fees which would make your case even stronger this time), also it is not enough to just show your sponsor's bank drafts, you should also include a letter of commitment from your sponsor where it says that he/she is going to cover all your expenses while you are in Canada...

Also you can show proof of properties, and any other thing you might have...

Thx for your reply , yeah i have attatched spnsor ship letter from my uncle and my father , thats why i am confused , so selling piece of land is accepted reason for big amount of cash despoist to re-apply ?
