i have attached all the required documents for this and stated my intentions to return in the SOP
Having attached all the required documents is only part of the application process.

Your documents that you attached show that you will not return home after your temporary stay.

Sorry to hear that. Did you apply for a student visa as well? What's with these super quick refusals. I've been hearing quite a few cases lately.
Yep applied for study permit. Did you apply again now? I'm thinking of changing my course and college then applying once again. Well other students (who had worse profile than mine and werent genuine students) got approved so I'm just confused :/

That's not a great way to go about your application and is a perfect recipe to get rejected. You should focus on your own application and making sure it is as perfect as can be. Changing college & course can be risky as it may indicate you not caring about education but rather only coming to Canada. Of course, if the school is ranked better or is it a higher level program then it makes sense.

I found a much better course :/ cant I change it now? I had applied to a private college in Montreal and I think it’s better if I go to a public college or university? Any advice?

Can you provide a little bit more info? Like what course you are changing from and the college names. Obviously it acceptable to change to a more 'famous' college which I why I need more info to comment.

Applied for business administration and commerce at Canada college in montreal and now im thinking of applying to fanshawe college or fleming college for a science related diploma since I had a dental assisting certificate and had taken science at school..
Made a mistake applying to canada college and business administration I know :/

Hmm.. yeah that would make more sense. What level program are you thinking, Diploma or PG Cert/Diploma? If you are going to change, I would highly recommend you find something really close to what you did in line with your prior education

Undergraduate Diploma since I only have a certificate in dental assisting.
because the reason of refusal was proposed studies not in light etc

Okay. Then you should go for that although note that now you will need to explain why you are switching from Business Admin to Dentistry in your SOP. Very crucial that it is a good explanation.
But also note, the lower the level of study the higher the rate of rejection.

College Total includes PG & Diploma. I imagine Diploma rates are even higher

Bruh pg diploma in manufacturing management and B.tech are way too different you don't sound genuine student from any angle , sop is also just a optional document it helps a bit but doesn't leave a large impact , but what really matters is that you should be able to convince the VO that the course you have chosen is linked with your previous study and also you by looking at your profile if VO concludes that you can easily complete the selected course without any difficulties and good academic record. They will surely give you a visa no matter how many rejections you had previously.
JUST BE GENUINE!!!

Mr tapperb I greet you for the good work you are doing here.....and Mrs Fatima 99 I read every single one of your thread lemme ask you a question if you were the visa officer and an application was brought to you...the person had a certificate in dental assisting and went for a business program the first time and was denied, then the second time she goes for a business related course maybe a 2yr diploma in dentistry what would be your conclusion???
Hard truths the vo would see you as someone who is desperate to get out of the country...cause your first denial reduced your chances of getting a study visa so I suggest you look into other countries...as not to get another refusal and spoil your records....or as Mr tapperb has said you could try again and make your argument strong...that's a step in which only you can decide to climb...
