Study visa question

Hi .i have 6band overall and 5.5 in speaking .other are 6and 6 in writing reading and 7 in listening..i have completed btech with 68%.
Can i apply study visa for pg diploma ..?if yes which college will give offer?
Also i get refusal today .and reason is purpose to stay...how can i tackle now.
I applied to canadian technology college toronto .

Assume you realised that in attending Canadian Technolgy College you would not qualify for a PGWP.

Firstly, your IELTS score is low as per the requirement. you need 6.5 overall and not less than 6 in each. You might get colleges and admission but it will risk your visa chances and if you are able to get visa then you might not get work permit after that bcs the colleges you select might not offer work permit.so it's better not to take risk and re-apply for IELTS. As you are applying after B.tech you have a great chance of visa just you need to score as per the requirement.and for your stated reason you need to modify your SOP but do one thing just retake ielts and all will be okay
