Hi,

So I'm planning to apply to student visa as soon as possible, I'm currently married and I'm planning to apply with the sponsorship of my father to cover living expenses and a student loan to cover all of college tuition.

Is it bad to apply if I'm being sponsored and Im married?
Do Canada migration looks this as a bad applicant?

Thanks for the answer

No.
it doesn’t look bad
If you are in SDS category Sponsorship is not required officially.
But if you are going for it than it’s okay.

Hi thanks for the answer,

So, it is ok to apply with my father sponsorship even if I'm married? That's what you mean?

Funding is accepted on the basis indicated below. You are OK because you can get the money from your family if they agree it is clearly yours. Remember the ave. requirement for funds is 25K upfront.
  • Proof of your Canadian bank account showing the money you have transferred.
  • Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from a Canadian bank.
  • Proof of a student or education loan from a bank.
  • Your bank statements for the past four months.
  • A bank draft that can be converted to Canadian dollars.
  • Proof you paid for tuition and housing.
  • A letter from a person or school giving you money.
  • Proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program.
