Study Visa Online Application Problem

Hello guys,

I am studying at a university in Canada and I need to extend my study permit for 4 more months. So I submitted all of my documents through online application.

The website did not prompt me to go further... It says my files are uploaded but not submitted to CIC. I have no idea what does it mean... How I can send them an email? Any help would be appreciated.. I also wanted to show the screenshots but somehow this website did not wanted me to do so.

I found a solution... I just canceled the application and redo everything... This time, "next" button appeared... This topic maybe helpful to those who would have same issue...
