STUDY VISA GOT REJECTED BECAUSE OF Purpose OF VISIT

Dear friends , last time my visa of rejected because of purpose of visit and no other reason is stated in the letter. i have provide 75,000 CAD support from family. and many other properties like cars houses, bank statements and plc company. i have clearly stated why i want to study in Canada in my study plan and also my company also provide me a letter of support which stated that if i got my second degree in Canada they will offer me a higher position. i know they didn't believe that i am genuine student but how can i prove that??

Looks like you already have a bachelor degree and wanted to take an advanced diploma in Canada. This education progression makes no sense. You should be taking either a post graduate certificate or masters.

@olumidebabson tnx for Ur replay...but i already provide employment letter which stated that i am a staff member. @scyilia i think that is the point...i have a bachelor degree and have applied for advanced diploma. so should i have to apply for post graduate now?? i mean will they consider that and approve my application?

For master's degree, you need to contact the university, get accepted by them first and then apply for study visa.

tnx fseyfi ...i have no problem with it i can apply and surely get acceptance..but will it change the whole history? i mean i have get acceptance in advanced diploma and get refused because of purpose of visit , if i get acceptance in masters will i have the chance to get the visa?

I also finished 12 in pre-engineering and got admission in adv diploma in electronic engineering.i showed 23000 cad in father bank statment and got refusal by purpose of vist an

Hi I got refusal in study permit application . I had applied MSc program in University out of $31000 tuition fees for 18 months program I already paid $23000. And shown $$80000 bank statement in my parents and my name over 6 months period with source of funds . I also demonstrated my own properties.Two Reasons were for refusal:
1.Section 216(1) I am not satisfied you will leave Canada end of your stay (purpose of visit)
2. Section 216(1) I am not satisfied you will leave Canada end of your stay ( immigration status)
Education background:
BSc Hospitality management ( UK) 2015
Graduate Diploma Hospitality management ( Australia) 2017
Currently employed in Australia and applied from here .

What kind of MSc did you apply for and at what school. Given your educational background an MSc doesn\t make much sense. You should order CAIPS.

My course was Masters in Tourism management, I had already completed BSc in Tourism and Hospitality management then Gradute Diploma in hotel management from Australia

Yes , I submitted SOP . Probably Visa Officer did not like my temporary work permit in Australia that's why he gave one reason immigration status Althougt my visa in valid more than 10 months.
I have already applied for CAIPs note
