It will likely be very challenging for your wife to get a study permit approved for the following reasons: (1) very long study gap; (2) no work experience; (3) only living in Saudi Arabia temporarily.

Given she has never worked and has a study gap longer than a decade, what is her reason for wanting to come all the way to Canada to study? It doesn't really make sense to be honest.

thanks for the reply but if she start to take online certification in order to refresh her bachelor studies and fill the GAP and then we will apply? we can study at any age.. and her intention to pursue her career in the same field.

You need to show that course will lead to career advancement in your home country. Without any experience that isn’t possible. She should try get some work experience before attempting to apply for a study permit. Not living in your home country also creates big obstacles for the application since it is very tough to show that age will lose the education back in her home country.

Hello,
I am almost in the same situation, I applied in Saudi Arabia and just yesterday received the approval.
Applied for myself only, not with my kids, the only difference is that I have work experience, my husband sponsored me.
I would suggest that she gets an acceptance in a good university, and you show good financial support, and to apply solely.
