Study Visa Delay May 2018 Intake

Hi,
I applied for student visa under non spp but in spp college on 1 feb 2018 for may session. My college is NBCC in new brunswik and I've been waiting since then. None response given by embassy yet. I applied for 2 years diploma course and I have done my bcom in 2015 with 51% and my IELTS is 6.5 overall not less than 5.5 (writing) . Is there anyone who is been through this ? Or have any idea when ill be having my visa ?

Is there any fee that one pays when applying for defer as in I miss my September intake so I want to Join January intake so will the university charge me with that

Depends on the university. Contact them.

They usually send it after 1 day or more or you will get to know when you recieve your passport. If apply online, then in cic account.
