Your agent should have put an SOP into the application in the first place. Be wary, this 'agent' doesn't sound very good

I do not see the point of asking help when you have already applied, No one can help once the application is already submitted. Purpose of visit is not a reason but infact an act under which your visa was refused, you would have requested your GCMS notes to know the accurate reason of refusal. if you have someone in Canada they can apply it for you or you can go to imminotes.com to apply it.
Until you dont take care of the concerns that VO had with your initial study permit application, it will be hard to get an approval.
Lets hope, you will be able to clear those through recommendation letter.
I got refusal from Montreal due to they were not satisfied that i will leave canada after the end of my course and low language ability..anybody can give me suggestion what I should do in future..

Where did you applied from ? What kind of application was it Online or Paper ?
@Harshsandhu1213 if you have been refused for low language score i guess you might be having a score either lower than the requirement or a score which just fulfils the requirement and is not considered a good score. You should try a re-attempt in IELTS and try to get a higher band score than earlier not necessarily 7 or 8 , but a score which will be better than your previous score. If you feel you won't be able to do that, you can mention in your SOP that you plan to take vocational and language courses in your study program to improve language ability. But in 2nd case you're on a low chance of getting approval.
