it was in first refusal, but now in 2nd refusal its only one point and in my SOP i clearly defines all doubts.
I
get another gcms note for the second refusal . And what were the documents you submitted second time ? (Financial ). Because writing SOP won’t help if you don’t submit proper documents
docs i submitted r maximum. nothing was left to submit. it was SDS so GIC and tuition fee paid + CA assessment report of fixed and cash assets + education+ passports copy + police report+ work exp++++++

Hi, I’m in the boat as a lot of you guys. I got my student visa refused today which I’m so confused about because I already did 3 years of university there and the only reason why I came back this summer is because my passport was expiring so I had to come renew it. The first reason was based on the reason for your visit and the second one was based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
Please help me, I just want to get my diploma otherwise I just wasted 3 years of studying and money for a degree I won’t be able to get it.

wats ur reason for refusal? share ur profile plz. I am waiting for the 2nd gcms report meanwhile working to deferr my admission to Winter 20. Its not that easy too as u hv to pay full application fee and go thru same procedure of basic admission.
Are you gonna reapply, if yes maybe we can help each other figure things out because I’m so confuse since yesterday. Do you know his to order the CAIPS ? I saw that you need it to really understand the reason why your application was denied to fight back if you’re planning on reapplying
I haven't reapplied as I have to first get a defferal letter from the college I had applied at.

You can request your GCMS/CAIPS notes from CIC through
1- (Access to information act) Using a third party (present in Canada) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp it will cost 5$.
2- (Privacy Act) By your own (you must be present in Canada)http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-personal.asp it will be free.
Visit these links and you will get the information you need.
There are also some websites available on the internet as well which get your notes for you, but I haven't tried them.

Same boat, I wasn’t expecting this answer so I’m kinda confused but since I already spend 30 thousand for the past 3 years, I’ll try to reapply and hopefully I get it to finish my last year and come back home with a degree. Anyway best of luck and hopefully we both get a happy ending.
Hi did you order the CAIPS, because my application was denied on August 26th and was hoping to reapply after the 3 business days but I know the CAIPS takes around 3-6 weeks to get it so is it really necessary or not ?
