I have not heard from anyone who has been approved a study visa after 23rd March.

Yeah even i haven't heard that. My final decision was dispatched on 21st but didn't had any update after that.
I sent some WebForms and direct emails to IRCC. Their response made me think they are not working due to this lockdown and processing will resume once this lockdown is over.

Neither have I seen an online SDS visa approval after 23rd March.

My timeline:
13 march- Upfront Medical
15 march- online application submitted
16 march- recd biometric instruction letter
17 march- biometric completed and updated in GCKey
....

no update since then.............

You are lucky your process was completed before the stipulated date. Even one day delay could have caused you to wait for 30 more days. Now you just have to wait for the visa approval.

I heard in one video that no applications will be processed till 31st March, I could not find any official data on that though.

I guess they will start processing applications after 31st.

i think its not 31st. India is lockdown till 14th April. I assume its gonna be after that they start processing in india

If you apply online, the file goes to Canada. I was referring to Canada.

I am not aware about Indian situation.

Indian sds or visit visa files are done in india not canada
And pakistankes sds and visit visa are done in abudhabi not canada

Online goes to Canada, paper application goes to the respective embassy/consulate under whose jurisdiction the applicant falls.

i have applied before for my self and my fiamlies online as before.as we are from pakistan our application are deal in UAE abu dhabi not canada because we always paper get from Abu dhabi embassy weather its approvel or refusal..only spousal visa of mu neice was deal in Uk
