I have been refused twice.
First refusal: 4th March 2021
Second refusal: 28th April 2021
Officers reason : section (216)
Personal assets and financial status
Purpose of visit.
This was the same reason as the first refusal.
I really need help as I want to apply for the third time.

Order GCMS Notes and address each and every issue raised by the VO. Seek professional assistance. Probably a visa consultant who will draft your own SOP. (THIS IS WHAT I OPTED FOR AND GOT APPROVED 3rd TIME).

Yeah for real, worst thing is applicants re-apply with immediate effect without knowing the exact reason and drafting a vague SOP/Justification Letter.
This is where I went wrong during second re application.

I got the dread refusal that iw ont be coming back after studies. Please suggest. Previous application i had submitted my check list of sds but missing was sop and property papers/car under my name.

Hey! Sad to hear that man. Apply for GCMS notes to know the exact reason. Rectify and address all the issues mentioned in your GCMS notes.
Draft a very strong SOP. In my case, I took professional assistance from a visa counsellor. You can DM me for more details.

I have DM'd you. Where to apply notes from? My uni sop was strong, i can use that for SOP. but you do recommend not going forward withot gcms? Please reply soon so i order gcms notes today as i want to apply again in time for mid august,

University SOP is only required for admission in University,
In order to get VISA you must draft a VISA SOP which talks about why you want to sudy this course, why Canada, future prospects in home country after completion of this course, financial stability, family and home country ties etc.

In the third and succesful attempt, I took assistance from a VISA consultant. They drafted the SOP and I edited it a little more. Feel free to DM.
