Study visa, apply or not??

Hey guys am Harpreet. I want to apply for canada and I did in 2013 but got refused reason been said 1- I won't come back to india 2- course mismatch. I applied in diploma after 12th(2011 passout). I was pursuin degree but I didn't mentioned it cause my consultant told me not to do so as it was incomplete. Now I wanna apply again in May. My ielts score is 7. Would it be a good decision to apply for Canada???

Has anything changed in term of " get something to guarantee your return to India"? Otherwise how could they issue you SP? If you did not mention your current study you have a time GAP. What are you going to explain it to VO?

I'll mention my degree(2011-2014). There's no gap cause I completed my graduation in 2014 and I wanna apply in May.
