yes..study permit ..can't send them an email. .it's says don't reply to emails received from cic
I think you would have to call cic to ask for an update on your application..... in some cases your application may not be in their records anymore..... so you need to call them.... since you are going in January 2019 and you haven’t done medicals yet I also feel it’s best to email the school about what u should do
Amen just chilll and keep praying it will be fine ..... I just applied for Jan 2019 I don’t really know what to expect no medicals request yet I did my biometrics on the 19 of October.....
But soon I hope.....one of my friends got her medicals request a week after biometrics

I am Pakistani national master in economics in 2012 applied for study visa for English language course + two years diploma in okanagon college in british Colombia, but my visa application has been refused on the ground of:
1: immigration status in the country of residence
2: current imployment satuation
3: purpose of visit.
I can re-apply if convince the visa officer regarding these three objection.
kindly help me
