STudy VISA along with PR

Has anyone applied for Study visa with an active Express entry profile where the person is primary applicant in express entry profile and also study visa is for him/herself. What to write in sop? Or should we remove the EE profile before applying the study permit.

You are allowed to apply for a study permit with an active EE profile. The requirement to show ties to your home county and intent to return there if you do not get PR remains.
