My biometric is schedule for 15th December, but I would like to know is there any way I got to know that case manager has started reviewing my application. I submitted my complete file on 14th of October.

Are you asking if you can call and talk to your ”case manager?” No you can’t. You can order GCMS or raise a webform. With a webform don’t expect a reply as they are inundated with questions.

I am aware that I can't reach out to case manager, and GCMS note will take almost 30 days to come.
