Please I entered Canada with a study visa with passport A in September 2023, but my study permit is up to March 2024 because that is when my passport is expiring and my course is a 4-year program. I applied for a new study permit with my new passport B before moving to Canada with my passport A. So it got approved, and it went to the peach bridge for a flagpole. I went to Service Canada for my SIN update with my new 4-year study permit, but the officer there told me he couldn't update it for me because there was no condition on my new study permit, so I should contact Immigration if only my course permits me to work 20 hours as a student. Please advise, as I have tried calling IRCC several times with no success.

Note: my first study permit, which expires in march 2024, has conditions on it which allow me to work, which is why i have SIN but my new study permit, which is valid till 2027, has no conditions on it

any help on what to do to get the conditions on my second permit

Contact a lawyer. I don't know what made you think it's a good idea to flag pole in that situation. You have made life very difficult for youself

When I received my new study visa in my new passport, I went to a nearby airport and went to immigration for a new study permit with my new passport with a visa and new introductory letter. The officer there told me since I am already in Canada, is either I move out of Canada and reenter by air or by land (flagpole) if I do not have a USA visa.

so I did the flagpole for the new study permit. When the officer at the border gave me the permit, I asked him about the condition side being empty because I had the old study permit with me and he told me that, they only print out what IRCC sends them

After you landed you should have withdrawn the study permit application and applied for an extension not a new study permit.
