I am on study permit for one year and my study is going to complete next month and so after the day last day of my college to till the day of getting transcripts will i be able to work even part time ? Kindly let me know am very confused

Be careful. To complete your program and graduate you need a valid study permit or a proof of application if you are renewing it (implied status). During this period you can work.
After the reception of your official letter and transcripts:
- if you have a valid study permit you have to apply for a PGWP and you can work full time.
- If you have an implied status, you have to stop any working activities and wait until your receive your new study permit. The day you receive it you can apply for a PGWP and start working full time.

What am confused about is my study will be completed on 8th and i think i will get the transcrpits after one month so before the transcripts are issued i can work right ?

Under a valid student permit you can work until the college closes your student file. After that you can work if you have: 1) a valid PGWP or 2) a proof of submission + a valid study permit.

Okah that means i can work till the official transcripts right
