I have 3 nice questions:
1) I have a master in Civil Engineering, and I am applying for a Diploma in a college in Ontario. As a foreigner, I have 15 years work experience in Iran. Do I have any chance of rejection of my visa? If yes, What could be the reason?
2) Since I am a foreigner residing in Iran and applying here, is there any chance that my visa get rejected with a "No home ties" reason?
3) Is it necessary to write a cover letter or else to submit along with my application? If yes, what points should I mention in the cover letter?
