Study permit

Hi there I have applied for a study permit on 16th of march but I have still haven’t received a decision yet.
My program starts on 9th of May this coming Monday .I want to know what will happen does it affect the decision In anyway I have also paid first semester fees roughly 10.000 cad .
Anyone had the same experience what did you do ?

Processing averages 14 weeks. It will be processed even if program has started. Ask if you can defer your program.
