hello ,
I have been apply for study permit for five times and all got rejected saying they are not satisfied with my return from canada.last two times we have approched a lawyer based in canada to do for us .still same issue.
Is there any other way as we dont have sufficient points for express entry and its our dream destination.
Any idea on how to get a job offer or is LMIA legal or how do we get it ?

ang one please help!

The chances of securing a job offer / LMIA are quite low.

How many points do you have under Express Entry? What is your occupation / NOC? Have you researched the PNP programs?

Can you learn French to increase your score? Have you maxed out your IELTS scores? Do you have a Master's already? Have you considered completing one in your home country?

unfortunately those options wont help as even after having masters ,ielts ,its below 400 as we are already in 35.
Hence looking forward for job offer or LMIA

From which country did you apply for student visa?

yes,the last filing was done from india ,but they have transferred to Abudhabi saying i currently reside and work here

What studies did you apply for in Canada? With five refusals already under your belt, I think the only chance a study permit is going to be approved is fi you are going to complete a PhD with a top university.
