I have applied online student visa application on oct. 3 2019 but my application was refused and i reapply on Nov. 1,2019 .i got only one mail about sunmission confirmation after that, till now i haven't received any mail or no update

Yes I'm asking for how long it will take time and what should I do if i will not receive any mail and it is normal to not receive any mail till now or it is a sign of rejection??
Okay, thank you but i check my application status daily. I'm from india and i submitted new applications with justification letter and they said within 30 working days you will get the message and now only 8 days are left and i have not received mail .So can i get message within 8 days??
