I have received this message today’s morning Visa application, tracking ID No. 20190XXXXXXXXXYour processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019-03-14 03:25:05 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI. But i am not sure about this that my application process is completed or not ? Bcoz i have applied on 1 march 2019 and I receive this too early.

Is it your first application? Because I was refuse on my first application and am about to reapply again for the second time
